ところで、IRS と聞くと、日本史で、習った、“泣く子も黙る地頭”の地頭を思い出します。封建時代の地頭とは、違い、現代のIRSは、民主的に、税金を取り立てます。でも、権威が、ある意味では、IRSと地頭は、同じだと思います。“泣く子も黙る地頭 (IRS) ”が、頭に浮かびます。いつの時代も、税金 (Tax) を納める側には、税金は、余り、いい話では、ないですね。
