Lottery Prizes, here the contestant (Jim) is receiving lottery tickets from the Loony Bin tickets that he was able to grab during the 30 seconds he had. As you can see, there was a local sheriff there to watch the whole thing go down. The guy to the left of him is one of the State Lottery agents that was at the Taste of Minnesota and gave him his free lottery tickets.
