in the cooler ---
The
temperature inside the cooler is
about 40 Degrees F (4
Degrees C). On
the opening day of the MN State Fair, traditionally the newly crowned Princess
Kay of the Milky Way poses for 7 to 8 hours in a rotating cooler to have her
head sculpted from a 90-pound (41 kg) block of Grade A butter. When we got to
the Dairy Building, the 2010 Princess Kay and the sculptor were outside the
cooler. Katie said, “It’s so cold inside the cooler. Now we’re taking a break to
warm up.” This pic was shot in the Dairy Building, State Fairgrounds, Falcon
Heights, MN on 100826.
